Integrated Support Services Officer

About the role

The Integrated Support Services Officer will be the primary point of contact for food & beverage reservations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for guests. Working closely with multiple departments, you will help maintain accurate booking records and support daily administrative tasks in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle F&B reservation enquiries via phone, email and other channels with courtesy and professionalism.
• Enter and maintain up‑to‑date reservation details in the booking system.
• Liaise with kitchen, service and event teams to coordinate guest requirements and operational arrangements.
• Follow up on booking confirmations, special requests and any changes.
• Support daily reservation and general administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services or related administrative work (preferred).
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism.

Required skills

• Familiarity with reservation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
