Intern, Sales Support (6 months)

About the role

Hex Trust is seeking a motivated intern to support its Clients Team in Hong Kong. You will work alongside senior commercial staff, gaining exposure to institutional client relationships and the fast‑moving crypto market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end sales process, including lead qualification, CRM updates, proposal preparation and follow‑ups.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and prepare sales reports, dashboards and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to aid territory planning.
• Assist in drafting client‑facing materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers and pricing quotes.
• Coordinate sales events, client meetings and demo schedules, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign‑to‑lead handoff.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline; Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, STEM preferred).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Immediate availability or within 2–4 weeks.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM (strong advantage).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau (plus).
