About the role
The International Index Fund Manager will oversee the management of international index products for our Hong Kong subsidiary, ensuring tight alignment with benchmark performance and driving product innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage portfolios of international index products (QDII and Stock Connect), including construction and regular reviews.
- Track benchmark indices closely and optimise tracking‑error control techniques.
- Assist in research and design of new international index products.
- Promote intelligent upgrades of end‑to‑end investment and trading systems.
- Build a digital, intelligent management platform to improve efficiency and risk control.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher in financial engineering, mathematics, quantitative finance or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant overseas investment management experience, including at least one year at a financial institution within the last year.
- Strong logical, analytical and judgment abilities with good interpersonal skills.
