Investor Relations Professional – Hong Kong

About the role

Greenstone is expanding across Asia and seeks an Investor Relations professional to lead fund placement and fundraising activities in Hong Kong. You will act as the local coverage professional, building deep relationships with institutional, professional and wealth investors while driving execution for a portfolio of private equity, credit, real assets, infrastructure and other alternative strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead placement and distribution of private market funds across Hong Kong.
• Execute fundraising campaigns and achieve placement targets.
• Develop Hong Kong‑specific sales strategies with fund managers and regional teams.
• Identify and engage relevant allocators such as private banks, family offices, insurers, pensions and asset managers.
• Deliver compelling pitches and lead investor meetings, roadshows and fund‑manager sessions.
• Manage the full fundraising pipeline from sourcing to closing, including documentation and compliance.
• Work with investors to address due‑diligence requirements and ensure smooth subscription execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling funds or financial products to Hong Kong investors.
• Deep understanding of the Hong Kong allocator ecosystem and decision‑making processes.
• Strong background in fund placement, capital raising, institutional sales or investor relations.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Relationship‑driven with resilience to manage long sales cycles and multiple pipelines.
