IT Lead (Infrastructure & Systems)

About the role

Milton is looking for a hands‑on IT lead to own the toolbox that makes work possible across the company: devices, identity and access, connectivity, collaboration software, and security controls, across our Hong Kong office, our mainland China team, and remote staff. This is a real‑ownership role for an early‑career professional who wants to grow quickly into an IT leader.

Key responsibilities

• Procure devices, set up macOS with one‑command scripts, manage endpoint security and lifecycle across Hong Kong, mainland China and remote locations.
• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, 1Password, and automate provisioning/de‑provisioning.
• Administer collaboration platforms (Feishu and Microsoft 365), ensuring governance and smooth experience for English‑ and Chinese‑speaking colleagues.
• Maintain connectivity through a Tailscale‑based private network, office networking and secure remote access.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding checklists and drive automation of these processes.
• Ensure security hygiene via access reviews, endpoint protection and sensible defaults.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support bilingual colleagues daily.
• Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly, using documentation and AI assistants.
• End‑to‑end ownership mindset: resolve problems rather than just closing tickets.
• Experience with modern workplace tooling such as Microsoft 365, Feishu/Slack/Teams, macOS setup and basic networking.
