IT Support – M365 & End‑User Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support professional to keep servers, applications and end‑user environments running smoothly for a global top‑tier banking client.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new joiners.
• Monitor production servers, applications, and network services; acknowledge alerts and escalate as needed.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows/Linux endpoints, Office 365, and core business applications.
• Assist with system health checks, patching, backups, and routine maintenance on servers and virtual machines.
• Log and track tickets in the helpdesk system and keep users updated on progress.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related infrastructure roles (including internships and projects).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin basics and Active Directory user management.
• Willingness to learn Linux basics, scripting, and security practices over time.
• Good communication skills in English; Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is a plus.
• Immediate availability is a huge advantage.
