IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to deliver technical assistance to a global legal firm. The role blends hands‑on network troubleshooting with high‑touch support for expatriate and visiting staff in a professional services setting.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1/2 hardware, software, and AV incidents logged via ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
• Provide dedicated support for expatriate personnel and international visitors, including remote access setup and cross‑border technology configuration.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, router, and switch issues using CCNA‑level networking knowledge.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and remote‑work tools for end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional IT support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems.
• Demonstrated experience supporting expatriate or international staff.
• Preferred: prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment and familiarity with legal‑tech software.
