IT System Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

We are a well‑established financial services firm in Hong Kong looking for an experienced IT System Administrator. You will be responsible for keeping our critical IT infrastructure secure, highly available, and efficient, supporting the business’s day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system, network and infrastructure incidents to minimise disruption.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, security groups and maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs and wireless solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement new technologies and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on system administration experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
