IT Systems Administrator – Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our global IT team and support the Hong Kong operations of the Neumonda Group. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Microsoft‑based infrastructure while ensuring a secure and scalable environment for our growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and continuously improve the Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server environment.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for local users and international teams, handling tickets and service requests.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and related services.
• Implement and monitor IT security measures, including Microsoft Defender and best‑practice controls.
• Support networking components such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and routing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure IT services meet their specific needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft systems administration.
• Proven ability to support distributed, international user environments.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
