Junior Cook – Spanish Tapas Kitchen

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Junior Cook to join our new Spanish tapas restaurant in Causeway Bay. You will support senior chefs across hot, cold and tapas stations, ensuring dishes are prepared to our high standards and delivered promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up work stations and prep areas before service.
• Prepare hot and cold dishes according to recipes.
• Assemble tapas plates efficiently during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist senior chefs and colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Genuine interest in cooking and learning new dishes.
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic food preparation techniques for hot and cold dishes.
• Understanding of health and hygiene procedures.
