Junior Financial Operator – Fintech (Training Provided)

About the role

Zota is looking for a Junior Financial Operator to support daily payment gateway operations in Hong Kong. The role is entry‑level, includes full training, and works day shifts within a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily banking and payment operations, including inbound and outbound volume processing.
• Monitor and adjust internal balances, forecast settlement amounts, and handle currency‑conversion related tasks.
• Communicate with service providers on workflow, fees, and operational issues.
• Record exchange rates, maintain fund‑management records, and prepare banking invoices.
• Allocate daily tasks per region, reconcile balances, and ensure timely transaction settlement.
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and occasional ad‑hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Valid Hong Kong work permit or citizenship.
• Good spoken and written English; Korean is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, cross‑cultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Experience using G‑Suite applications.
