About the role

• Conduct user research, test concepts and assist with final implementation.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with customer needs.
• Explore strategic opportunities using quantitative and qualitative insights, filling gaps when research is missing.
• Generate hypotheses for user problems, ranging from small optimisations to innovative experiences.
• Partner with developers and data analysts to scope, design, build and analyse experiments that move key metrics.
• Create and maintain a design library together with the internal UX team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant product design experience.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user‑centered design.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with UX, product and engineering teams.
• Data‑driven decision making, using both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Ability to de‑risk designs and determine the right level of detail for shipping.
• Proactive in reflecting on and improving team processes.
