Junior Sales Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Cyberbay is seeking a Junior Sales Marketing Coordinator to support its fast‑growing cybersecurity business. Working in a hybrid setting from Hong Kong, you will combine marketing, lead generation, sales outreach, and client account management to help expand the customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content).
• Grow and manage Cyberbay’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other platforms.
• Create blog posts, newsletters, case studies, sales materials and other collateral, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and optimise marketing efforts.
• Research target markets, build prospect lists and conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, nurture prospects and maintain pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Use AI tools to personalise outreach, summarise conversations and improve sales workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring day‑to‑day communication and coordination.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and commercially minded junior professional.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity.
• Strong written communication skills for content creation and client interaction.
