Junior Sales Representative – Hong Kong/China Market

About the role

Carta is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join its Fund Administration and Private Equity Sales team in Hong Kong. You will help drive demand generation for Carta’s private‑capital platform across the Hong Kong and China markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect ideal customer profiles (CFOs, GPs, venture and private‑equity firms) via email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Develop and nurture partner relationships with law firms, tax consultancies, audit firms and other ecosystem players to generate referral business.
• Act as a brand ambassador by networking within the Hong Kong financial and tech community and representing Carta at events.
• Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns and support event planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the Fund Sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline, triage leads quickly and ensure data hygiene.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong communication skills and a keen interest in private‑capital markets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a lean, agile team.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as CFOs and GPs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of venture capital, private equity and fund administration concepts.
• Ability to manage outreach campaigns and maintain accurate pipeline data.
