Junior Surgical Sales Account Manager

About the role

Join a leading global medical device company as a Junior Surgical Sales Account Manager, supporting surgeons with advanced technologies that improve procedural efficiency and patient outcomes. You will work across public and private hospital accounts in Hong Kong, building relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for a portfolio of advanced surgical devices, including tissue management and minimally invasive solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre staff, and procurement teams.
• Provide product demonstrations, case support, and clinical training during surgical procedures.
• Identify new business opportunities and create strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists and marketing teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience covering operating theatres or surgical products (endoscopy, laparoscopic, wound closure) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of building long‑term customer relationships.
