Key Account Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

Clinigen is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead and expand its pharmaceutical portfolio in Hong Kong. You will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth, and ensure our products are integrated into clinical pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within oncology and hematology segments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and grow key accounts within the Hong Kong private hospital sector, aligning with Clinigen's commercial objectives.
• Navigate and optimise procurement processes across private hospitals, working closely with procurement teams and key stakeholders.
• Drive strategies to secure public funding for rare disease treatments, liaising with healthcare payors and government agencies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including medical affairs, market access, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Required profile

• A degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic account planning.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with effective prioritisation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare market dynamics in Hong Kong.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer requirements.
