Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will own the relationship with Clorox’s major retail partners in Hong Kong, including Wellcome, Mannings, Watsons and HKTVMall. You will drive sustainable growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing trade budgets and ensuring optimal product placement and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts, delivering sales, distribution and display objectives.
• Develop and negotiate annual business plans, store activation and category strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor trade‑fund spending, control budgets and evaluate ROI of promotional campaigns.
• Produce regular forecasts, promotion analyses and sell‑in/sell‑out reports.
• Collect and analyse market data from POS and Nielsen sources to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key retail accounts in a consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence senior partners.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive execution of agreed plans.
