Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be part of ReckittHome's country sales structure, responsible for managing the company’s most important retail customers. This role drives commercial interaction, from strategy development to execution of promotional activities, ensuring the brand’s purpose of delivering high‑quality hygiene, health and nutrition products reaches consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve strategic objectives for each key customer, including net revenue, gross margin, trade spend and market share.
• Build long‑term partnerships and ensure flawless in‑store execution of sales fundamentals and promotions.
• Manage the trade budget, continuously seeking maximisation opportunities.
• Provide analysis and insights on shopper behaviour, competitive strategies and portfolio performance.
• Lead customer negotiations aligned with Reckitt’s commercial strategy and trading terms.
• Implement and maintain category strategies per customer.
• Develop and execute new product launch plans with customers.
• Identify efficiency and profitability improvements for account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field from a recognised university.
• Proven sales track record with multinational FMCG companies.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders within customer organisations.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
