Kitchen Commis – Tosca di Angelo

About the role

Join the renowned Tosca di Angelo Kitchen at the International Commerce Centre, Hong Kong, as a Kitchen Commis. You will support the culinary team by preparing ingredients, cooking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Portion, chop, wash, peel, and store fresh fruits, vegetables and other ingredients.
• Measure, mix, and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Test and monitor food for proper doneness and quality.
• Set‑up and break‑down work stations, serve food in correct portions, and maintain proper food temperature.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, knives and equipment after each shift.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related kitchen or food‑preparation experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
