Kitchen Staff – Full-time at Roasters Specialty Coffee House

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Staff to join our Hong Kong location. This full-time, on-site position supports breakfast, lunch and dinner service, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain hygiene, food-safety practices and clean workstations.
• Stock, organise and keep kitchen stations tidy.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver timely service.
• Assist with inventory checks, deliveries and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Strong food-preparation and cooking abilities with consistent quality.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Effective communication and customer-service awareness.
• Previous café, bakery or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work fast-paced, stand for long periods and handle peak times.
• Interest in specialty coffee and artisan food culture.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
