Lead / Senior Graphic Designer – Foshan

About the role

We are looking for a Lead / Senior Graphic Designer to head our visual identity initiatives from our Foshan office. The role combines creative leadership with hands‑on design, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design brand materials such as brochures, catalogs, exhibition stands, showrooms and website assets, extending the visual identity creatively while maintaining quality and feasibility.
• Lead the implementation of visual identity, working with the marketing lead to guarantee brand compliance and visual excellence across print and digital assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors on file specifications, colour management, material selection and finishing processes to ensure the final output meets design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related discipline; graduates from top art or design schools are preferred.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in brand design, with a strong aesthetic sense, an international outlook and original thinking.
• Proven ability to produce creative work that adheres to established brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Basic understanding of print production, colour theory and material properties.
