Learning & Development Senior/Assistant Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

The Learning & Development Senior/Assistant Manager will design, develop and deliver impactful learning initiatives that support the firm’s strategic priorities across China and the Asia‑Pacific region. This role combines program design, stakeholder collaboration and hands‑on delivery to accelerate talent growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with L&D leaders to align learning programs with business goals and talent priorities.
• Design scalable learning solutions, including curriculum architecture, content, delivery methods and evaluation frameworks.
• Leverage LMS, AI‑based learning tools and data insights to enhance learner engagement and program effectiveness.
• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery: planning, logistics, facilitator coordination, on‑site setup and post‑program evaluation.
• Maintain implementation plans, track milestones, monitor progress and report risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal business groups and external vendors to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing learning programs at a regional or national level.
• Solid understanding of digital learning platforms and emerging technologies.
• Passion for talent development and a creative approach to learning design.
