Learning & Development Specialist (Remote, China)

About the role

Gate, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver scalable learning experiences for its worldwide workforce. This remote position is open to candidates based in China and involves close collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps, set learning priorities and propose interventions aligned with business objectives.
• Own the full lifecycle of learning programs, from needs analysis and design through content creation, facilitation, implementation and post‑program evaluation.
• Develop and deliver programs for managers, high‑potential talent, new leaders and onboarding cohorts.
• Create digital learning journeys on the company’s learning experience platform, leveraging instructional design principles and AI‑enabled tools to enhance personalization and efficiency.
• Define success metrics, monitor participation and learning transfer, and report on business impact to continuously improve the learning portfolio.
• Manage multiple learning projects with clear milestones, stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation across regions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of Learning & Development experience in a multinational organization, with end‑to‑end ownership of projects.
• Proven track record of delivering global or multi‑market learning initiatives and managing cross‑cultural stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management and instructional‑design capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical learning solutions in a matrixed environment.
