Learning Specialist – Airport Services Training

About the role

The Learning Specialist will design, develop and deliver training programmes for airport passenger and ramp handling staff across Hong Kong International Airport and regional locations. You will ensure frontline employees and leaders have the technical and behavioural competencies required to meet operational and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver functional, technical and service training for airport frontline employees and ground handling agents.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer certification courses and supplier trainer audits.
• Collaborate with local port training coordinators to identify needs and support learning plans.
• Leverage digital learning technologies to create new training programmes.
• Lead cutover training projects for new stations, supplier changes and seasonal relaunches.
• Participate in on‑the‑job experience programmes and support line operations.
• Monitor mandatory training completion and report learning needs to Cathay Academy.
• Provide emergency, accident and crisis response training as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline.
