Leasing Executive – Industrial Workshop Units

About the role

Ocean Hub is a creative community workspace located in the Oceanic Industrial Centre. As a Leasing Executive you will work with the Facilities and Operations Manager to attract new tenants for 130 private workshop units and close leasing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and let workshop units across five floors.
• Build and maintain relationships with property agents on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
• Handle enquiries from advertising and property portals, arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiate rent and terms, issue offers and follow through to signing.
• Report weekly on enquiries, viewings and signed leases.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial or industrial leasing in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record of closing deals (provide number of leases signed in the past two years).
• Established network of property agents in Hong Kong.
• Fluent Cantonese and good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable approaching new prospects directly; EAA salesperson or estate agent licence is a plus.

• Basic salary plus HK$4,000 commission on every lease signed (no split).
