Logistics Administrator

About the role

The Logistics Administrator oversees end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring shipments move from origin to destination on time and without issues. The role coordinates with shippers, forwarders, sourcing teams and consignees while continuously seeking cost‑effective improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities with mills, 3PLs and internal garment sourcing and global procurement teams.
• Approve shipments and work with Logistics Service Providers to meet supply‑demand planning requirements.
• Manage logistics service providers, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Respond to enquiries from mills and internal customers regarding logistics matters.
• Audit load plans and transportation modes to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain reports on volume forecasts, logistics milestones and key performance indicators.
• Analyze monthly KPI reports for shippers and 3PLs, implementing performance enhancements.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of logistics experience, preferably in a forwarding company.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing own workload.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
