Logistics Specialist – Supply Chain Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will drive effective and efficient supply chain management across vendors, customers and joint‑venture partners. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting and executing logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, integrate and continuously improve supply chain processes and technologies from vendor to customer.
• Develop logistics planning and forecasting for products, services and distribution plans.
• Select, establish and maintain vendor relationships to secure optimal value.
• Define and implement strategy and process changes that improve turnaround times.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing and storage of products, including import/export activities.
• Ensure movement of goods complies with local, national and international customs regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• More than three years of solid experience in warehouse operations.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently manage multiple projects and thrive in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP systems.
• Strong problem‑identification, solution and analytical abilities.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
