About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer will safeguard guests, staff and assets at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong. This position plays a key part in maintaining a safe and healthy environment within a busy waterfront hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and associates throughout the property.
- Promote a safe and healthy environment by monitoring premises and responding to incidents.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to prevent loss and address security concerns.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry (preferred).
- Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit.
- Service‑oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
