Maintenance Officer – Residential Property

About the role

The Maintenance Officer will oversee day‑to‑day maintenance and repair activities for residential properties managed by the corporation. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary trades team, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with residents and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi‑disciplinary tradesmen for in‑house and outsourced maintenance and repair of building fabrics and services systems in residential properties.
• Coordinate work schedules and commissioning with relevant units to ensure compliance with corporate safety requirements.
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committee to address technical enquiries and issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably Building Services.
• Minimum three years’ relevant experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Solid experience in electrical and air‑conditioning systems, building services systems and contractor management.
