Management Accounting Officer (Junior/Senior)

About the role

The Management Accounting Officer will support the finance team by preparing regular management reports, assisting with month‑end accounting procedures, and contributing to system and MIS improvements. This role requires strong analytical abilities and bilingual communication in Chinese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with month‑end management accounting procedures.
• Perform clerical tasks such as drafting minutes and internal newsletters in both Chinese and English.
• Support the development or optimisation of MIS for management reporting.
• Participate in system implementation, including user‑requirement preparation and UAT testing.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required.

Required profile

• University graduate or higher, majoring in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or audit.
• Relevant professional qualification (CPA, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Self‑driven with a strong learning attitude.
