Manager, Agency Training

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Manager, Agency Training to design, deliver and continuously improve leadership and agency manager training programs. The role will partner with stakeholders to shape learning journeys that boost recruitment, productivity and retention across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs.
• Engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co‑create impactful training content and methodologies.
• Monitor, evaluate and enhance training effectiveness using data, feedback and performance metrics.
• Contribute to training governance, strategy development and resource planning aligned with company objectives.
• Drive innovation in blended learning, virtual facilitation, coaching frameworks and experiential learning.
• Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development.

Required profile

• Degree holder with 8+ years of relevant training experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience designing, planning and delivering leadership workshops for mid‑to‑senior level leaders.
• Strong ability to analyze training needs, instructional design, facilitation and learning evaluation.
• Sound knowledge of talent development frameworks, leadership competencies and succession programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate and partner across teams.
