Manager, Digital and Internal Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Digital and Internal Communications Manager to lead strategic internal communications for a large Hong Kong‑based conglomerate undergoing digital transformation. You will translate complex technology initiatives into engaging employee content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with digital leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to communicate the value of transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
• Oversee the digital communications infrastructure, using analytics to optimise message effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Create high‑quality materials such as communication packs, videos, newsletters and other multimedia content, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing or copywriting within the IT/technology sector.
• Proven ability to produce and optimise content under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong digital literacy, organisational and multitasking abilities, and proactive problem‑solving skills.
