Manager, Digital Learning Systems

About the role

The Manager, Digital Learning Systems supports the Club’s digital learning strategy by delivering scalable, user‑centric technology solutions and ensuring operational excellence across the learning ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Govern and continuously enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms, including AI‑powered and gamified solutions such as LinkedIn Learning and Centrical.
• Oversee club‑wide digital learning delivery, ensuring system integrity, compliance, reporting, user support and a consistent learner experience.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of innovative learning technologies to improve engagement, accessibility, personalisation and effectiveness.
• Leverage learning data and analytics to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support organisational capability building.
• Partner with HR, business units and subject‑matter experts to design, deliver and promote digital learning solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital learning initiatives and managing LMS platforms in a corporate environment.
• Strong track record in e‑learning design, learner engagement and technology adoption.
• Experience using data analytics and reporting to drive insights and decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented and technology‑savvy with a focus on continuous improvement.
