Manager, Products and Solutions – Digital Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for Digital Products in Hong Kong to lead the development and go‑to‑market strategy of payment tokenization and related solutions across Greater China. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, shaping product narratives and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for tokenization products such as SCOF, agent pay and Click to Pay, considering market, legal and regulatory constraints.
• Own the product lifecycle from readiness through introduction, sales support, deployment and operational support.
• Collaborate with market teams and industry players to map the payment landscape and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide solutions for authentication and payment credential management based on market and customer needs.
• Leverage data analytics to generate insights that improve product performance and payment transactions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry with deep knowledge of card products and digital payments.
• Proven track record in developing digital products such as tokenization, authentication, instalment, contactless and QR solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate business needs into data‑driven insights.
• Highly motivated self‑starter able to balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
