Manager, Sourcing Packaging & Paper

About the role

We are looking for a strategic sourcing leader to define and implement the packaging & paper materials strategy for Hasbro’s global supply chain, driving competitiveness, resilience, sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy an ambitious directed material sourcing strategy and build a world‑class supplier network for packaging and paper.
• Deliver 3‑5% year‑on‑year sourcing productivity while ensuring zero supply risk.
• Lead cross‑functional global teams and manage strategic supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance management.
• Develop and execute initiatives such as volume consolidation, low‑cost country sourcing, value engineering and smart automation to manage a $150M spend.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of global procurement experience with international exposure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, procurement or supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of packaging and paper materials industry in an engineering, procurement or sales role.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, negotiate strongly and drive decisions across functions.
