Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

Animoca Brands is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the design, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns for its AI‑driven platform, Minds by Animoca Brands. You will work in a fast‑growth, high‑tempo environment, collaborating with product, content and partnership teams to drive awareness and user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch targeted campaigns that highlight product differentiators and encourage users to try their first Mind.
• Tailor campaign messaging and channel mix for distinct audience segments.
• Partner with product marketing to align launch sequencing and translate positioning into campaign assets.
• Generate creative concepts, brief content teams and coordinate thought‑leadership, customer success stories and partnership activations.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution across email, content, events, social, paid media, KOLs and partner channels.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on concepts, messaging and creative assets, iterating based on performance data.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management instincts with the ability to own outcomes from strategy through delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and the maturity to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in fast‑moving, high‑growth tech or digital environments.
