Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives and enhance the hospital’s online presence. You will work closely with the Marketing Department to promote our services and engage audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns on social media, EDM, Google Ads and other online platforms.
• Track performance, generate reports and evaluate ROI using conversion metrics.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns to promote hospital services and drive traffic.
• Use analytics tools to monitor results and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain website content, ensuring it is current, user‑friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee daily social‑media operations and develop strategies to boost audience engagement.
• Support marketing projects, events, seminars and webinars.
• Handle ad‑hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or wellness sectors.
• Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Strong content‑strategy and copy‑writing abilities, capable of simplifying complex information.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word‑processing.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
