Medical Affairs Manager

About the role

Servier is seeking a highly motivated Medical Affairs Manager to lead the medical performance of its product portfolio in Hong Kong. You will shape scientific strategy, oversee early‑access programs, and provide medical leadership for product launches and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs plan, aligning local clinical activities with global priorities.
• Lead medical governance for new therapeutic indications and Named Patient Programs.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Represent the affiliate at medical symposia, webinars, and scientific exchanges.
• Provide medical expertise to Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance teams.
• Design and implement evidence‑generation plans, including local research and Investigator‑Sponsored Studies.
• Review promotional and scientific materials to ensure compliance with internal policies and local ethical standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop sub‑ordinates while managing the medical budget efficiently.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD).
• 5–7 years of Medical Affairs experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment, preferably oncology.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s healthcare system, regulatory codes, and medical governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
