Medical Affairs Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Affairs Manager to drive the medical performance of our product portfolio in Hong Kong. The role will lead the execution of medical plans, oversee early access programs, and provide medical leadership for product launches and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Medical Affairs plan aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Lead medical strategy for new therapeutic indications and govern Named Patient Programs.
• Identify and maintain long‑term relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts and Key Opinion Leaders, facilitating scientific exchange at symposia and webinars.
• Provide medical expertise to Sales, Marketing and Market Access teams, and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and ICTR on product safety and clinical trials.
• Assess local clinical needs, design evidence generation plans, and manage Investigator Sponsored Studies.
• Review promotional and scientific materials to ensure compliance with internal policies and local ethical standards.
• Supervise and mentor team members, set objectives and manage the medical budget for efficient resource allocation.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD).
• 5–7 years of Medical Affairs experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment, preferably oncology.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare system, regulatory codes and medical governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage KOLs and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills.
