Medical Affairs Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Affairs Manager to drive the medical performance of our product portfolio in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for executing high‑impact medical plans, ensuring the smooth operation of early access programs, and providing the medical leadership necessary to support product launches and cross‑functional commercial collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs plan aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Lead medical strategy for new therapeutic indications and oversee Named Patient Programs.
• Identify and maintain long‑term relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Provide medical expertise to Sales, Marketing, and Market Access for product positioning.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance to ensure product safety.
• Assess local clinical needs and design evidence‑generation plans, including Investigator Sponsored Studies.
• Review promotional and scientific materials for compliance with internal policies and local ethical standards.
• Supervise and mentor team members, set objectives, and manage the medical budget.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD).
• 5–7 years of Medical Affairs experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment, preferably oncology.
• Strong strategic vision, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent project management, written and oral communication; fluency in English and Chinese.
• Commitment to compliance, professional ethics, and pragmatic problem‑solving.
