Merchandising & Supply Chain Coordinator – DTC & B2B

About the role

We are looking for a Merchandising & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end merchandising, logistics and e‑commerce operations for a premium skincare brand across both B2B and direct‑to‑consumer channels. The role will coordinate factories, suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure products, packaging and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate B2B merchandising workflows from sample development and pricing through production planning to final shipment readiness.
• Liaise with factories and external partners on production schedules, lead times, delivery timelines and issue resolution.
• Track production progress and align product and packaging supply plans with campaign timelines and promotional requirements.
• Maintain supplier order documentation, including confirmations, invoices, packing lists and product codes.
• Monitor Shopify orders, work with warehouse partners to ensure accurate picking, packing, dispatch and delivery updates for local and international orders.
• Maintain product, packaging and batch‑level inventory records, monitor stock thresholds and support re‑orders and stock reconciliations.
• Support promotion and web‑campaign execution by communicating launch details to the warehouse and updating promotional pages, listings and banners.
• Respond to customer enquiries on order status and delivery, escalating urgent issues as needed.
• Provide operational support such as beauty‑advisor roster coordination, part‑time payroll inputs and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in merchandising, logistics, supply chain or operations coordination.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong data‑handling accuracy.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment managing multiple priorities.
• Post‑secondary education in business, supply chain, operations or a related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel for factory meetings and quality‑control inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify order management.
