职位概况
我们正在寻找具备国际贸易背景的物流商务专员，负责订单全流程管理、国际订舱及目的港清关与派送协调，确保货物准时交付。
主要职责
- 跟进客户订单从下单至交付的全流程，协调内外部资源，及时反馈进度并处理异常。
- 执行出口货物的海运/空运订舱，锁定舱位并与货代、船公司沟通，优化成本与时效。
- 监控目的港清关进度，协调海外代理或当地物流，安排末端派送，解决滞留、查验等问题。
- 整理归档订单、对账单等单据。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、商务英语等相关专业优先。
- 1-3年国际物流、外贸跟单或订单管理经验。
- 英语读写流利，能独立处理英文邮件及物流单据。
- 持有香港签证或永久居留权。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office办公软件。
- 具备SAP或CRM系统操作经验者优先。
