本职位招聘註冊護士或登記護士，主要在長者日間中心及居家提供護理服務，工作時間為日班。

主要职责

在日間中心為長者提供日常護理與健康管理。
根據需求上門提供居家護理服務。
協助長者完成生活自理及醫療照護。

任职要求

具備護理照顧相關經驗者優先。
具備專上教育背景，持有相關文憑或證書。
能適應日班工作安排。

必备技能

基礎護理操作與長者照護知識。
