职位概况
为客户提供最高水平的楼宇管理系统服务，负责电子设备的检测、维修与保养，提升设施运行效率并创造销售机会。
主要职责
- 检测、维修及保养楼宇管理系统及相关电子设备。
- 利用JCI系统和工具提供主动服务建议，延长设备生命周期。
- 为客户提供解决方案，确保设施高效运行并支持业务提案。
任职要求
- 持有机械、机电或相关专业证书/文凭，或具备相应工作经验。
- 良好粤语沟通能力，具一般英语水平。
- 持有建造业工人注册证及建造业安全训练证（平安咭）者优先。
- 能够独立完成安装、维修及保养工作，具责任心和客户服务意识。
必备技能
- 熟悉JCI系统的操作与应用。
- 掌握楼宇管理系统的检测与维护技术。
- 具备电子设备维修与保养的实践经验。
