职位概况
香港基督教服務處於天水圍區招聘代家長，負責照顧約八名4至18歲兒童的日常生活與身心發展，提供安全、健康的成長環境。
主要职责
- 照顧約八名4至18歲兒童的日常起居、學業及身心發展。
- 籌劃及推行各類活動，管理家舍日常運作與紀錄。
- 提供安全、健康的成長環境，需24小時輪值。
任职要求
- 完成中五會考/中六文憑或大專/大學畢業。
- 具備照顧及管教4至18歲兒童的經驗。
- 性格成熟、有愛心、耐性及情緒穩定，無不良嗜好。
- 具持家經驗者優先，如煮食、預算管理等。
必备技能
- 熟悉電腦操作，能使用中、英文輸入法。
- 熟練使用Word及Excel。
