职位概况
Pacific Club 位于尖沙咀海滨，现招聘西式厨房副厨师/学徒，负责协助Chef de Partie完成日常厨房运作，提供高品质餐饮服务。
主要职责
- 协助Chef de Partie进行日常工作和菜品准备。
- 按照菜单规格进行烹饪，保持工作区卫生。
- 控制本区食材库存及成本。
- 准备每日mise-en-place及食品生产。
- 遵循上级指示完成日常任务。
任职要求
- 3-4 年专业厨房实习或厨师培训经验，具备良好烹饪技巧。
- 具备良好沟通能力，团队合作精神。
- 经验不足者可考虑为厨房学徒。

- 烹饪技巧
