Job description

职位概况

负责客户现场技术支持与专有云智算平台的日常运维，承担客户沟通、故障处理、版本升级等全链路工作。

主要职责

作为客户技术接口人，接收并回复日常技术咨询，现场参加例会并输出中英文记录。
负责专有云智算产品（ECS、EGS、Opentrek、BMCP、容器服务、大模型平台）的巡检、告警处置及资源容量报告。
根据原厂版本计划编制并执行升级、补丁安装及回滚方案，完成现场验证并输出实施报告。
进行平台异常排查，涵盖Kubernetes、GPU驱动、网络存储等层面的故障定位与根因分析。
跟踪安全公告，配合客户完成漏洞修复、加固及合规审计。

任职要求

大学本科及以上，计算机或相关专业，具5年以上企业级IT基础设施运维经验，其中3年以上私有云或专有云（阿里云Apsara Stack）经验。
具1年以上AI/智算平台运维经验，熟悉GPU算力、大模型服务平台。
持有香港合法工作资格，能提供相应证明文件。
具客户现场支持经验，能使用广东话、普通话、英语进行沟通。
