职位概况

本岗位为内地某头部教育集团香港培训中心校区负责人，全面负责香港西营盘校区的日常运营与现场管理。负责校区整体经营与管理责任，兼顾运营、教学质量、团队与家长服务。

主要职责

负责香港校区日常运营及现场管理，独立承担校区的整体经营与管理责任。
组织小学托管、作业辅导及课程服务，保障课程交付质量与学员服务体验。
管理教师团队，负责教师的招聘协助、培训、考核与激励，保障教学与服务质量。
做好家长沟通、需求跟进及续报管理，确保校区招生、留存与服务目标达成。
落实合规运营要求，确保校区在港经营符合相关教育、劳工及安全等法规规范。

任职要求

具备5年以上香港中小学教育、补习或课后托管相关的运营或教学管理经验。
服务意识强，踏实可靠，具备独立负责一个校区的综合管理能力。
能够以英语作为工作语言（粤语、普通话沟通能力为加分项）。
符合在香港合法工作的相关要求（如香港永久居民身份、有效工作签证等）。
