职位概况
匡智會是一家专为智障人士提供服务的非牟利机构，现招聘职业复康导师，负责为智障及肢体伤残人士提供照顾与职业复康训练。
主要职责
- 为智障或肢体伤残人士提供照顾与职业复康技能传授
- 撰写复康计划并进行记录
- 协助个案管理工作
- 策划、统筹并推行复康小组及各类活动
任职要求
- 中五或以上学历，持有相关证书或技能
- 具多媒体设计、园艺、陶瓷、烘焙、缝纫、皮革制作、手工艺或升级产品制作等工作经验，拥有一门手艺者优先
- 具智障人士、精神病康复者或肢体伤残人士服务或复康工作经验者优先
- 能阅读书写中英文，流利粤语
- 熟悉电脑、微软文书处理软件、电子邮件及中文打字
