职位概况

我們在遠程醫療平台Intellect上招聘行為輔導師，提供30分鐘的線上視頻諮詢，協助客戶提升心理健康與個人成長。此職位為自由職，工作時間彈性，可在香港或其他地區遠端執行。

主要职责

通過平台為客戶提供1對1的遠程心理健康指導，時長30分鐘。
聚焦次臨床案例，如工作壓力、拖延、工作與生活平衡等，協助客戶設定個人或職業目標。
與內部臨床團隊合作，提出改進計劃和平台建議。

任职要求

持有國際教練聯盟（ICF）認證或具備輔導碩士/研究生學位。
具備至少200小時的ICF教練經驗或300小時的臨床輔導經驗。
精通英語及當地語言（粵語或普通話）。
具備員工援助計劃（EAP）或成人/管理層輔導經驗者優先。

必备技能

熟悉教練技巧及證據為基礎的方法，如認知行為治療、動機式訪談、辯證行為治療、解決方案導向治療等。
能夠獨立設計並執行遠程心理健康諮詢流程。
